NAPA Credit Report Survey

NAPA is conducting an on-going Credit Report Survey that will help members with the sensitive issue of credit and accounts receivable. The information received and survey results will be shared with those who participate. The report will NOT divulge individual NAPA corporate member names. Accounts receivable and credit issues with customers - especially new customers - has been a sensitive issue with many members in both Canada and the United States. It is our goal to help members share information about accounts with significant account receivable and/or credit issues so that we can
avoid delinquent and troublesome customers within our industry shopping from converter to converter.

NAPA Operations Manager Anne Adams will disseminate this report on a monthly basis with results tabulated and returned to those companies that participate. Survey results can be returned directly to Anne via email.
